I taught 3 years at Garden Grove High School before I was transferred to Lake Intermediate for one year. I have been teaching at Los Amigos since 2004.

I have taught most levels of English and ELD. In addition, I taught History for one year.

I have been coaching boys' basketball for ten years. First I was a lower level coach at Garden Grove High School before I took over the head coaching position at Los Amigos. I have been head coach at Los Amigos for three years.

I am married and have a son born December 11th 2008, and a daughter born April 19th 2011. 

My mom still lives across the street from Los Amigos in the house I grew up in.

My brother, also a graduate from Los Amigos, has a Masters degree in classical guitar. He teaches beginning guitar at Cerritos Junior College, gives private guitar lessons and travels around the United States performing with his wife.
